5. Our Human Assistant Team
Because Peppa uses real human assistants, we want you to know:
- All our assistants sign strict confidentiality agreements.
- Assistants receive comprehensive training on data protection and family privacy.
- We limit access to your information only to assistants actively helping you.
- Our team members are professionally trained to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- We regularly review and audit our team's adherence to privacy standards.
Example: If Assistant A helps plan a party on Monday, and Assistant B handles a booking on Wednesday, Assistant B can see the party details for context, but assistants not working on your account cannot access your information.

- Vendors: When we book for you, we share minimal data. We aren't responsible for how these third parties handle your info.

We implement robust security: secure cloud storage, access controls, encryption where feasible, training, and a data breach plan. While we strive for 100% security, no online service can guarantee it.
8. Data Retention
We keep your data only as long as needed. After your service ends, we delete personal data within 30 days, unless legally required to keep records longer (like basic transaction data for tax purposes).
Example: If you cancel after 6 months, we'll delete schedules and preferences within 30 days but keep basic payment records as required by Hong Kong law.
